Kureniezen ja Attack kokemuksia lisää. Kyselin maililla Attack valmistajalta yhden käyttöönotto ohjekirjan englannin kielistä versiota, jota ei ole sivuilta suoraan ladattavissa ja siinä samalla tuli oheiset kommentit takuusta, kun olin tilannut suoraan Slovakiasta:
- Our partners for the Finnish market are the following companies: Kyttemaailm OU, Annerman Oy and Lonsin Akku (new one).
- Just to explain - in the contract with our partners there is an agreement about the warranty – the Slovak companies cannot sell abroad and foreign partners have to sell in their territory and their staff is trained and certified to ensure installation and service.
- As I can see, you bought the boiler from the Slovak company. Normally we ensure sales through our partners in every country we export to - they ensure service and guarantee and the boilers are delivered with the appropriate documentation. I am very sorry that the warranty would be not valid in your case, if you had a claim...
Anyway, I believe, that everything will be all right and that you will be satisfied with the boiler.
